Nature of the Platform
Inclusivehub.ae operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent Creators. Inclusivehub.ae does not manufacture products and does not act as the seller of record. Each product is created and supplied by individual Creators.
Eligibility
By using this Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or
You are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Creators and Products
Creators are independent vendors responsible for designing, producing, and supplying their handcrafted products.
Creators are expected to have a trade license to sell their products within the UAE.
All products listed on Inclusivehub.ae are handmade and unique.
Minor variations, imperfections, or differences in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
Product Listing and Availability
Creators stock their products at a central warehouse managed for order fulfilment.
Product availability is subject to stock levels.
Inclusivehub.ae reserves the right to remove or modify product listings at its discretion.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable taxes unless specified.
Inclusivehub.ae reserves the right to update prices at any time.
Payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform.
Order Fulfilment and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from the central warehouse.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics.
Inclusivehub.ae is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or force majeure events.
No Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and unique nature of the products, returns are not accepted.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.
Exchange of Faulty Products
Exchanges are permitted only if a product is deemed faulty.
Customers must contact the Creator directly to discuss and agree on any exchange.
Inclusivehub.ae does not independently determine product faults.
Exchanges are subject to Creator approval and availability of replacement items.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
Communicate respectfully with Creators.
Understand and accept the nature of handcrafted products.
Intellectual Property
All content on Inclusivehub.ae, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Creators retain ownership of their product designs.
No content may be copied or used without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Inclusivehub.ae shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disputes between customers and Creators.
Differences in expectations related to handcrafted uniqueness.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inclusivehub.ae from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms
